Product Feature

TNE has been developing small high speed turbo blowers for fuel cell power generation system. Currently, most of fuel cell systems use side channel or low speed turbo blower which is low efficient, bulky size and weight, and maintenance issues with limited endurance life. TNE turbo blowers are high efficient, compact and maintenance free based on TNE turbo technologies of air foil bearing, centrifugal compressor, high speed PM motor, specific cooling design, stress & vibration proof design.
TNE started the development of turbo blower for fuel cell power generation in 2019 by the request from Korean customers. In 2020, TNE got a LOI of turbo blowers from a major global company for its fuel cell power generation system. TNE has been asked for development of turbo blowers from several players in Korea until now, and it will extend the market worldwide based on the performance and experience of Korean market. TNE is developing 6 models which can cover the most of requirements up to 50kW power generation system, and it will launch the first model in 2nd half of 2021.
It has configurations of single stage and two stage centrifugal compressor with specific features as below.
